Melnik Jubileen 1300 is a unique local variety from the Melnik family.

Current vintage: 2017

Producer: Villa Melnik

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Vinification: The wine is made from carefully selected grapes, aged for 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Characteristics: Sparkling brick color. Expressive aroma of red fruits – cherries, sour cherries, stone fruits, blackcurrants, supported by smoky aromas and woody aromas – twigs, vine, fern. Light to medium structure with a pleasant juicy finish and long fruity impressions. A wine for connoisseurs.

Food: game, pheasant, partridge, yellow cheeses, oily fish, fagri, carp, salmon

Serve at: 17-19 C, decant before consumption
