Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Vinification: The skins are infused with the juice for up to 24 hours depending on the variety. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel vessels. The blending is done after the end of fermentation.
Food: lean fish, lobster, seafood pasta, paella, goat cheese and fresh desserts
Serve at: 6 o C
Awards and honors: Bronze medal at the “Balkan International Wine Competition and Festival” 2014, Sofia, for the 2013 harvest
