Vinification: The wine is made from carefully selected grapes. Aged for 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Characteristics: Beautiful, deep color. The nose is reminiscent of raspberries, dried fruits, leather, aromatic tobacco and spices. The taste is powerful with smooth, ripe tannins. Harmonious and well-balanced, this is a wine with character and its own physiognomy, which will age well for many years.

Food: pork, wild boar, lamb
