Vinification: The wine was fermented and aged for 4 months on the fine lees in American, French and Bulgarian oak barrels (sur lie).

Characteristics: Rich, lush nose with tropical aromas of coconut, pineapple, mango, butter, vanilla, cream, peach, flowers. Dense and creamy body with pleasant freshness.

Food: Suitable for white fish, for coconut shrimp, for salads with seafood or caramelized nuts, cream sauces
